INTRODUCTION
In Interviewing Skills: Conducting an Interview, participants are provided with step-by-step guidance for interviewing candidates, researching their references, evaluating candidates and choosing among them objectively and appropriately following up with both the chosen candidate as well as those not offered the position. Participants will also learn how to handle difficult candidates during an interview session.
OBJECTIVE
