  • Stress Analysis Review and pipe flexibility
  • Support and hanger design
  • Corrosion considerations & how to manage it
  • Cathodic protection, coating and other technologies: outer & inner surface

Day 4

  • Welding general requirements
  • Welding Procedure and Performance Qualifications
  • Piping Inspection, Examination
  • Testing (leak, hydrostatic and pneumatic)

Day 5

  • Safety Instrumentation, Control Valves and Other Safety Accessories
  • Pipeline failure prevention & root cause analysis
